How long does it take to process my order?

Each item is made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to carrier conditions or seasonal demand.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

What if my package says delivered but I can’t find it?

If tracking shows “delivered,” please check with neighbors or your local carrier first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Return & Exchange

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll take care of it. This may include sending a replacement at no cost or arranging a full refund.

Can I return an item if I decide it’s not for me?

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are not related to product issues. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

How can I return an item?

If you wish to return an item that is not related to a product issue, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and may use any shipping carrier of their choice. We recommend selecting a trackable service for your protection. Please note that all unwanted returns must be sent to our designated return address and not to the manufacturing facility. Can I change or cancel my order?
