Order Processing
All orders are custom-made. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and begin after your order has been confirmed.
United States: 3–7 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
International: 7–20 business days
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier or customs processing.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected items.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are unable to take responsibility for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned due to an address error, reshipment fees may apply.
Delivery Issues
While we work with trusted carriers, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. We are always happy to assist you in resolving any concerns.
