Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once confirmed, we will gladly offer either a free replacement including shipping or a full refund of the product price and original shipping cost.

Returns Not Related to Product Issues

If you change your mind, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non refundable.

Please do not send returns to the manufacturing facility.

You may use any shipping carrier of your choice. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund for the product price.
